Hand-cast by truly skilled Southern Italian artisans, this pair of lidded limestone urns are in the Neoclassical style. Each urn is a testament to the artistry of hand casting, eschewing molds for a truly unique character. Topped with conical lids, accented by two graceful ridges, and adorned with intricate Greek key embellishments, these urns exude sophistication. The lower half features captivating gadrooning with lobes that gracefully terminate above a neck adorned with a prominent ring. Their circular foot, complemented by molding, rests securely atop a sturdy square plinth, ensuring stability. Whether gracing the sides of an exterior walkway, welcoming guests at an entrance, or architecturally accentuating the pinnacle of a grand staircase, these Neoclassical-style urns are a testament to classic design and craftsmanship, transforming any space into a work of art.

CONDITION: Very good condition with minor imperfections as a result of the hand-casting process, as well as intentional wear and nicks. Please see photos for details. Each urn consists of three sections which should be mortared together for installation.  Variegated color palette as seen in photos.
