This pair of cast iron French vases, which have a wonderful sky blue finish, were produced by the Corneau Foundry, led by one of its founders, Alfred Corneau de Charleville.  Dating to the 1800s, the wonderful vases are adorned with thick gadroon, egg and dart, and a repeating foliate motif.

CONDITION: Good antique condition.  Minor paint losses have led to light oxidation.  Commensurate buildup with moss and lichen accumulations, mostly to the interior.
