Dating to the early 1900s, this pair of wrought iron chandeliers from France have wonderful rinceaux main bodies above six lights. The lights, which consist of white faux candles sleeves and saucer bobeches, are displayed with a single light on each narrow end and two lights on the wider sides, providing ample illumination. Each bobeche rests on highly scrolled arms, partially enveloped in a curled leaf. The curvaceous form continues as a rising rinceau that is supported by an open oval. A series of volutes, scrolls, and curled leaves form the amazing main body that extends upwards to the canopy, with three small volutes on each side of the neck. Our six-light wrought iron chandeliers would make wonderful additions to a foyer, hallway, dining room, or living room.

CONDITION: Very good antique condition. Minor oxidation and buildup. Light wear to curled leaves under each arm. Wired professionally for use in American homes.
