Cast in France during the 1700’s, this pair of bronze candlesticks has a lovely patination, giving them a glossy brown color. The highly contoured and curved bases are mirrored by the recessed lobes that embellish the shafts and capitals that are reminiscent of closed flower buds. Our 18th century patinated bronze candlesticks can decorate a fireplace mantle or a small table. They can also be repurposed into a unique pair of desk lamps.
CONDITION: Very good antique condition. Minor buildup commensurate to age and use. Light verdigris to the interior of the sconce.
