Hand-carved in the 1800s, this granite farm trough is from Normandy, France.  This is a versatile item that can be used inside or outdoors, functioning as a flower planter, fountain basin, or sink (among other uses).  This particular trough has a wonderful accumulation of moss and lichen, adding a splash of color to the stone gray granite.

CONDITION: Good antique condition.  Minor buildup with an accumulation of moss and lichen.  Commensurate losses as seen in photos.
