This hand made and painted dish comes from the South of France. It is an enameled ceramic made of a mixture of clay and fine sands. If you want to cook, you must remove the top and place the bottom dish within another dish with about an inch of water in it. It is a unique, colorful, and fun accessory for your kitchen.
