This small, rustic wall fountain was hand-carved in the South of France with local limestone. An artistic French finishing technique has been used to give the appearance of age, while exposure to the elements has provided a nice cream and white patina to the two pieces of limestone.

The wall stone has an arched top with thick molding on the sides and top. In the center of the wall is a small floret backplate that houses a simple iron spout. The rectangular basin mirrors the shape of the back wall, with a subtle bombe front. Our carved stone wall fountain is small enough (the interior of the basin is 9 ½” H x 31” W and 10 ¼” D with an existing drainage hole) that it can be placed in areas where space is at a premium. While perfect for installation in a garden or outdoor setting, the fountain can also be used in an interior courtyard or entryway.

CONDITION: Very good condition with intentional aging, chips and distress marks. Stone is a natural material that can become darker or lighter when placed outside. Oxidation to iron pieces from exposure to the elements, with some discoloration to the back wall. Photos of current patina available on request.
