These large cast vases on pedestals from France would look wonderful flanking the entrance of a drive or standing at the corners of a pool. The detailed vases are decorated with repeating patterns of gadrooning, mascarons, and pronounced handles with braided loops. The foot of the vase features decor of fruit and foliate motifs, while beneath, is a solid, one-piece plinth with an interior molding with canted corners. These garden vases were cast from a mix of cement and crushed stones, and they’ve been finished with a rich, dark gray stone patina which would contrast well with bright flowers. Of course, they can also be used as standalone garden ornaments.
