Wonderfully hand-carved in France during the 1700s, these oak capitals have a weathered appearance that enhance their appeal.  The Composite Order capitals have traces of both Corinthian and Ionic Orders, with volutes above caulicole.

CONDITION: Good antique condition.  Commensurate age separations and losses to varying degrees.  The wood has been bleached more recently, leaving traces of the original finish.  Originally part of a larger installation, the centers have been excavated.
