From France, this rustic and substantial oak and pine farm table dates to around the 1940s. The large rectangular top is made of thick and rough pine boards, while the baluster legs, stretcher, and platform feet are in a stripped and lightly washed French oak. The large balusters have an elegant form, and the sides of the top pine boards have wonderful veining. It will be perfect as a dining table in the right setting, and would also make quite a statement as an outdoor table.
CONDITION: Good strong condition with losses and nicks to top as seen in photos. Slight twist in top (height varies from 30 1/8 to 30 3/4). Age separations and old water marks to legs and small area to top. Tiny tack holes along edge of table.
