From Italy, this capital base table has been completely hand-carved out of limestone. The tabletop has weathered nicely, leading to white, dark grey, and black patinas showing. The stone has been carved with an ogee border that gives the square top a softer feel.

The carved capital base that supports the top has been carved in the Composite order style. Composite capitals combine the ornate, curled caulicoles of the Corinthian order with the volute scrolls of the Ionic order. The neck and base of the capital have quarter-round molding above a square plinth.

This charming hand carved stone table is perfect for any style of house. Place it outside in a garden or patio setting or indoors in a sunroom.
