Dating to the 1900s, this French cast iron mascaron spout backplate has a heavily oxidized patina, that gives it a brown and orange hue. The mascaron would make a wonderful spout for a wall fountain, pool, or even a sink.
CONDITION: Good condition. Fleabites and light rubs, with slight buildup to the spout. The iron has developed a wonderful patina of heavy oxidation.
