A beautiful pair of Italian commodes, hand-carved in the 1800s in the Neoclassical style. The hand-painted finish was added more recently, but it was expertly done. Each chest of drawers is topped by a white carrara marble that is partially inset.

CONDITION: Good antique condition. Minor nicks and fleabites. The painted finish is not original and was added more recently. The marble tops are partially inset and should be installed with care.
