The geometric forms used frequently during the Art Deco period are beautifully captured in this rolling two-level bar cart. Crafted in Italy during the 1960s, this may be a late offering from the experimental Italian furniture maker, Aldo Tura. The veneer on both levels is quite striking, with various hues of brown, all with a lustrous sheen. Three turned brass columns connect the two tiers, with each support aligned above a caster wheel. Each circular tray is also encircled by an undulating brass ring that prevents barware from spilling over the edge. The bottom platter has a six-bottle holder, arranged in a pinwheel around a small support. Functional and elegant, our rolling Italian bar cart is a must-have for any bar area, dining room, or office.
CONDITION: Very good condition. Minor nicks to veneer. Light buildup to brass. The barcart rolls smoothly.
