From the 1600s, this table from Lombardy Italy has a top with interesting arched corners having shaped indents. There are C and S-Scroll shapes throughout design of the legs and stretcher. The sides have the classic open lyre shape, yet the stretcher is carved entirely out of walnut, instead of the typical iron bars. This little table has a beautiful, rich patina, and it can be used in a variety of settings in the home.
CONDITION: Good antique condition with minor splits and losses, old restorations, stains to top.
