This elegant small and detailed antique sterling silver bowl from Germany dates to the start of the 20th century.  It has a gondola shape with demi figure arms of stylized dolphins and C-Scrolls at either end.  Gadrooned beads outline the bowl around the top with scrolling rinceau motifs on each of the sides at the middle.  The motifs on the bowl are floral and foliate with the largest motifs at the middle. Patterned ground is beneath all of these motifs. Four scrolling legs with feet uphold this wonderful silver gondola bowl.

CONDITION:  Wear to relief of motifs, old tarnish. Unable to determine hallmark on bottom
